The stage-play is about the Homer’s and Virgil’s poems, which constitute the trilogy “Il Canto e la Memoria” (The Song of Remembrances). Odyssea was hosted at the International Festival MITE of Lisbon, and at the Lisbon’s National Theatre for an entire month. It will be recited by Gianluigi Tosto, who is one of the best recitative Italian voice. (www.gianluigitosto.it)

On the same evening, the talented Italian actress and singer Teresa Fallai will perform the song “The Sirens Wail”, set to music for her by the composer Vanni Cassori.

The event will take place on the 22nd of August at the Citadel in Victoria and on the 25th of August at the Corinthia Hotel in Attard Malta. It will start at 9:00pm. The entrance is free.
